Messenger Sticker Converter
Converts images to messenger sticker specs (size, format, file size limit). If a limit is exceeded, quality or size is lowered automatically.
Only static stickers are supported (a GIF uses its first frame). WebP quality or PNG size is lowered automatically to fit the limit. App specs can change, so check each app's latest guide.

What this tool does
Converts images to the sticker specs of messengers such as WhatsApp, Telegram and LINE (size, format, file size limit). If a file is over the limit, quality or size is lowered automatically.
Steps
- Drop images to turn into stickers or click to upload them. You can upload many at once.
- Choose the sticker type under "Target spec".
- Press "Start". When done each row shows "width x height · file size (limit N KB)" followed by "within limit" or "over limit".
- Download one by one with each row's "Download", or if at least 2 succeeded use "Download all as ZIP".
Specs this tool uses
- WhatsApp sticker: 512x512 square, WebP, up to 100KB. The whole image is centered and the rest is transparent.
- WhatsApp tray icon: 96x96 square, PNG, up to 50KB.
- Telegram sticker: long side 512px (the other side keeps the ratio), WebP, up to 512KB.
- LINE sticker: fitted inside 370x320 (width and height even), PNG, up to 1MB.
How it works
The image is resampled to the size the spec needs and placed in the center of a transparent canvas. For WebP specs quality is searched by binary search for the highest quality under the limit. PNG has no quality setting, so if it is over the limit the size is reduced by 10% and re-encoded up to 8 times (never letting the short side go below 32px). If it is still over, it is shown in red as "over limit". Images may also be enlarged to the spec size.
Good to know
- Only still images are supported. A GIF uses its first frame only and animated stickers cannot be made.
- Each app's sticker spec can change. Check the latest guidelines before uploading.
- Result files are named "originalname_sticker.extension".
- Results are gone when you close the tab.
